Team Classroom Jobs are definitely my new favourite :)
 
Instead of one student being in charge of a job, why not make a little squad in charge.
 
That way you will always have someone to do the job even if someone is absent. 
 
Team Classroom Jobs also encourage responsibility for cleaning up the classroom.
 
Write the students' names on clothes pegs, assign 2/3 people per job and rotate the pegs to different jobs each week....easy peasy :)
 
This resource comes in three variations - watercolour, stripes and rainbows with 12 specific jobs in each. Templates are editable which enables you to add any job of your choice.
